Dispatch & Delivery
For UK orders we aim to process all orders received by midday on the same day. Any orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the following working day. All orders received outside of office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.
International orders can take up to 3 days to dispatch due to the requirement for export paperwork.
Many of our deliveries are multiple box deliveries and it is not uncommon for the boxes to be delivered on different days, usually in succession. We suggest waiting 2 further days from the first delivery date and if the missing products have not been delivered, please contact us.
Yes you can track all our UK deliveries and you will be sent a tracking link when the goods have been passed to the carrier. We would always suggest checking this link before contacting us as our team uses the same information.
For health and safety reasons only carriers can collect from our warehouse. If you provide us with your carrier details, we can arrange collection on an ex works basis for international orders. Please note any collecting carrier must quote the order SO number, goods will not be released without this.
Yes, we offer dispatch to most European countries on a DAP basis. DAP attends for delivered at place and this Incoterm means we deliver to you but you are responsible for your own import duty and taxes. When you place your order we will pass your contact email address and telephone number to the carrier so they can contact you to make payment of the taxes when the goods reach the customs border.
European delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days from dispatch as deliveries are made by road freight. We also allow 4 working days before dispatch to prefer to export and import documentation. Based on this we would allow 9 working days from order placed to delivery received. Please note this may be considerably longer if the carrier is unable to contact you to take payment for import taxes.
Rest of world shipments generally take between 5 and 10 days.
This varies depending on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The specific delivery charge is calculated at checkout and you can also see our charges here.
You go to jail 🙂. Your goods will be returned to our warehouse in the UK and any associated cost will be deducted from your payment before we process a refund. It is entirely your own responsibility to provide us with the correct contact email and telephone to make payment promptly.
You can request a delivery date in the notes and we will ask that our carrier delivers on that date but we cannot guarantee this. When an order is placed we assume it is for immediate delivery if no notes are provided.
