Invoices & Payments

We offer payments in GBP, Euro and USD. Once we have approved your account, we will set up your pricing and this will be visible when you login to your account on our trade website. 

In certain circumstances we can offer credit terms however this is dependent on all applications being approved by our credit insurers. It is unlikely you will be approved if you are a new business, owe money to HMRC or have a poor credit rating. In these circumstances we recommend using a credit card to make payments. Credit terms are immediately revoked if payments are not made on time. 

All initial orders are on a pro forma basis.

Yes, you will automatically be issued with a tax invoice and you can also download a copy within your account.

As we use various systems and discount codes for our customers there can occasionally be small rounding errors. This should not be more than a £0.01 and they are unavoidable. We cannot offer refunds or credits for minor adjustments.

Yes, if we require payment upfront for your invoice we can issue you with a pro forma and you can make payment directly to our bank account rather than by debit or credit card.

You are able to download a copy invoice by logging into your account. If your order has been sent by official purchase order then please email accounts@barsitaandco.com. Please note our accounts team do not have access to invoices for orders placed on the website. 

If you have credit terms you will be sent a statement of account on the 25th of each month.
