What is Pre-order?

If an item is marked as Pre-order in blue then we have an availability date but it has not arrived in our warehouse. You can order these items and we will reserve the stock for you. We strongly recommend placing pre-order items on a separate order. If a Pre-order item is added to an order with immediately available items we will create a second Pre-order, this will have a new order number. If the available items have a value over £250 (ex VAT) we will ship these immediately and inform you when your Pre-order items are available. If an item is marked out of stock, we do not yet have an availability date. 

Please note that split shipments are invoiced separately based on the delivery date to you. It is for this reason we suggest creating a second order for Pre-order items.
