Once you have logged into your account on the website you will be able to find a tab in the footer navigation called Product Availability and that shows our next inbound shipments for both Barista & Co and Bialetti. If the item is out of stock on our website and is not included in that list then we do not yet have shipping information. Unfortunately if a product is no longer visible on our website then we do not stock that item anymore and we will not be offering it again for sale.

Yes, we have UK and EU certification for all of the products that we sell and we are the sole and exclusive UK wholesale distributor. For the Barista & Co brand we have global certification and test reports.
