We have sales agents covering all of the UK and they are the main point of contact for all of our wholesale customers. If you are unsure who covers your area or you would like to arrange a trade visit, please email sales@baristaandco.com or send a WhatsApp message to +44 (0)7469 743 241.
All international customers are managed by our sales office and we can be contacted on the details above.
We are happy to accept orders by email if they are an official purchase order with a purchase order reference, product SKU code, quantity required, cost price (must match the price on our wholesale website) and delivery address. You can also contact your sales agent who can process an order for you by telephone.
Please note due to the high number of inaccuracies in email orders we are not able to accept orders that are not in this format and we strongly recommend using the wholesale website to eliminate any potential stock or delivery issues.
Once you have registered and been approved for a trade account you are able to view our special offer pages for each brand in the website footer navigation (bottom left). Please note you must be logged into your account to view these pages. If you are not able to see them, you are not logged in.
All our special offers use discount codes and you will need to be a member of our retailer WhatsApp group to get the monthly codes, request access here. You can also contact your sales agent who can provide you with the discount codes.
All offers are processed through our wholesale website only as we use codes on that website.
All of our offers are scheduled to run for a 3 month period however they are based on stock availability. It is not uncommon for our offers to sell out on the first day of release so all promotional offers are on a first come, first serve basis.
We run two different promotional mechanics and all use codes to redeem the offers. These codes are only available through our WhatsApp group or from your sales agent.
Give an amount or percentage off your order
Select the products that are part of the promotion and add them to your cart. Click on the cart icon (shopping trolley) at the top of the website to view your cart. Click the drop down View discount or enter code enter the code provided. If your order meets the criteria of the promotion your discount will be applied and you can move to checkout. Please note if we are offering free products with a purchase then the total value of the discount will equate to the trade cost for these items. The discount is applied across the full order, we are unable to only apply this on one single line.
The discount will only be applied if the conditions of the promotion of met and this could include a minimum order value and/or quantity.
If it is a percentage discount, it may be applied on only specific items or it may be applied across the whole order depending on the specific promotion.
That depends on the specific offer and if it is limited we will state this on our special offers page. Unfortunately the offer can only be defined by the specific quantities. For example if the offer was buy one get one free and you wanted to buy 2 you would have to place separate orders. For higher volume orders you can also contact your sales agent and they can process that for you.
No, the offers cannot be combined however you are welcome to place 2 separate orders for each promotion. Please note we cannot combine the separate order values to meet carriage paid.
Yes, the conditions will be shown on the promotions page and they cannot be varied. Products cannot be changed, the promotion is only valid for the products defined and inline with all the other promotion conditions. As promotions run through promotional codes on our website, they will not work if the conditions are not met.
No, we are not able to apply discounts retrospectively and they are only valid from the issue date by WhatsApp until the end of the promotional period. All promotions are only applicable while stocks last.
If you are a current customer you can follow this link to join the group. We do not approve access if you are not a current customer and you will have to contact us by submitting our wholesale application form first.
No, unfortunately our system has been set-up to issue promotional codes through WhatsApp only, although you can contact your sales agent who is issued with the codes.
We have a WhatsApp group for all UK retail partners and we use this group to send out the special offer discount codes and availability information. You can join the group by following this link.
We will send a maximum of 2 messages per month. One for any restocks and one with the monthly promotional codes. We value your messages inbox and only want to send relevant information. You are free to message us at any time.
Yes, we can provide supporting brand and product point of sale for many of the products that we stock. Please visit the Marketing Resources tab on the relevant brand navigation and you will find the resources to order. Please note some of the marketing resources have specific range requirements and you will not be able to order these without approval and a code.
Absolutely, we want to guide you on the products that would work for you based on the data from other similar customers. Once you have submitted your wholesale enquiry form it will be reviewed and once approved it will be passed to your sales agent who can help you put together the perfect range.
We can provide visual merchandising guides and offer staff training literature. If you would like a store visit then please speak to your sales agent as they will do their best to support you.
We don’t use hard copy catalogues but you can download our most recent catalogues by visiting the resources tab at the top left of our website or following this link.
