The code email can often go into spam or junk so please check these folders first. If it has not come to you then it means the email address you are using is not the same as the one that you provided when setting up your account. Please email sales@baristaandco.com or send a message through WhatsApp to +44 (0)7469 743 241 and provide the email address that you would like to use to login. 

If you are a live customer (ordered in the last 18 months) this means we will have to reset your account as we recently migrated to a new trade ordering system. Please contact us and we would be happy to help. If you have not ordered in the last 18 months then you will have to apply for a new account. 

We leave our trade accounts open for 18 months from the last order date. After that date your account will be marked as obsolete and you will have to complete a new wholesale application form. 

You can use the drop down tabs underneath each product to choose your size and colour. Alternatively you can click on the product image or title on the collection page and it will take you to the product page where you can find further product details and product FAQ’s. 

The quantity rule defines our trade pack multiples. If the trade pack is 6 we are only able to accept orders of this multiple, 6,12, 18 and so on. If you amend the cart and change the quantity to one that is not a multiple of the pack size it will automatically round down to the nearest pack size multiple.

Unfortunately this is not possible as we dispatch all trade orders from a trade specific warehouse facility that does not open master cartons. If you require a one off purchase to supply a customer you can contact your agent who can provide a discount code for one of our consumer stores where you can purchase single items. Please note this facility is only available to current customers who have ordered in the last 6 months.

No, we are unable to open any individual SKU trade packs.

The minimum order value on the wholesale website is £180 (£150 ex VAT) and delivery is charged at £12 (£10 ex VAT). Free delivery (carriage paid) is offered on all orders over £360 (£300 ex VAT).

No, once you have placed an order it is immediately sent to our warehouse and you are unable to amend it within your customer account so we recommend taking care to choose the correct products. Our team is unable to modify orders but they can cancel your order if we receive notification by email within one hour of the order being placed. After this time the order starts to be processed for dispatch.
