What is Pre-order?
What is Pre-order?
If an item is marked as Pre-order in blue then we have an availability date but it has not arrived in our warehouse. You can order these items and we will reserve the stock for you. We strongly recommend placing pre-order items on a separate order. If a Pre-order item is added to an order with immediately available items we will create a second Pre-order, this will have a new order number. If the available items have a value over £250 (ex VAT) we will ship these immediately and inform you when your Pre-order items are available. If an item is marked out of stock, we do not yet have an availability date.
Please note that split shipments are invoiced separately based on the delivery date to you. It is for this reason we suggest creating a second order for Pre-order items.

Classico - Intensity 7

Intenso - Intensity 9

This powerful 100% Robusta blend reveals deep notes of bitter cocoa and an intense, full-bodied character. Perfect for coffee lovers who crave strength in their cup or enjoy sweetening their brew.
Delicato - Intensity 5
Experience the gentle sophistication of Bialetti Delicato, a refined 100% Arabica Italian coffee blend. Masterfully light-roasted to preserve delicate floral notes and sweet dried fruit undertones, this smooth coffee delivers rich aroma without intense bitterness. Perfect for multiple cups throughout the day, Delicato shines as both an espresso or Americano, offering a truly elegant Italian coffee experience.
Hazelnut - Intensity 8
Nocciola, an artfully crafted Italian coffee where premium dark-roasted beans meet the natural sweetness of hazelnut. Experience authentic hazelnut flavour without artificial syrups, perfectly balanced with rich espresso notes and toasted undertones. Traditionally roasted in Italy, this aromatic blend creates exceptional milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos.

Minimum order value - £400 / €450 / £500 (ex VAT / GST)
Freight charge - quoted on an order by order basis. Typically £25 for one carton up to 20kg to mainland Europe.
All export orders are either ex works or DAP - please note you may be liable for import duties and brokerage charges. As these are country specific we are unable to offer guidance on these.
For DAP orders your goods will be delivered to a local carrier via our UK partners EXPD
If ordering for the first time you are likely to have to provide a Power of Attorney (PoA) as well as pay local taxes
